星报表示，球迷在老特拉福德与足总杯合影要强制支付15-35镑不等的费用以换取照片，而他们已经支付了36镑的门票钱。

相比于曼联，曼城没有强制性收费，球迷用自己的手机与奖杯合影是不收费的，只有换取照片需要付25镑。而利物浦更是不收任何费用，只需要球迷付25镑的门票钱。

英消费者组织发言人表示：“一个与现实脱节的董事会，通过惩罚自己的球迷来庆祝成功，表明他们只懂得钱。

有些东西不应该由球迷来买单，奖杯柜里奖杯就是其中之一。现在形势很艰难，球迷们不应该因为价格昂贵而错过这些宝贵的时刻。”
